Japan's only domestic motorsport — and there is nothing else like it in the world. Today, only certain classes and certain drivers get any real attention. Most of the grid is invisible to anyone outside the paddock. But when someone outside the sport watches a driver attack a course for the first time, the reaction is always the same. The potential for a new audience is enormous. International attention could unlock a level of excitement this sport has never seen.
Rally
Rally is a race against time across multiple Special Stages — gravel, tarmac, snow, and everything in between. Japan's All-Japan Rally Championship draws some spectators at its top events, but the regional championships tell a different story: small fields, thin crowds, near-invisible outside the sport. There was a golden age when these events packed stages with fans. That energy still exists — in the stages, in the drivers, in every sideways moment on a Hokkaido snow road. The goal is to bring that back, and go further than before.
